Before he arrived in Australia more than a decade ago, he completed his Bachelor (Hons) in Education Administration from the University of Dhaka and Masters in Education Administration from Chonbuk National University in South Korea.
Mr. Huq developed an interest in the Australian migration Law and student admission process during his study in Australia and his Permanent Migration process. Due to his interest, he completed the Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice at Victoria University in Australia.

Mr. Huq also experienced for Skills Assessments, representing clients at the Administrative Appeal Tribunal (AAT) regarding Visas Refusals and Cancellations and to prepare submissions and present arguments to AAT and Department of Home Affairs for Notification of Cancellation (NOC) of visas.
