Former Resident visa (subclass 151)

This is a permanent visa for Australia. If granted, the visa holder can live, study, work in Australia indefinitely. Eligibility to become an Australian citizen.

This is a permanent visa for those who are under 45 years of age and lived in Australia at least 9 years as a permanent resident before they turned 18.

If under 18 years of age, then at least half of their age lived in Australia as a permanent resident. Or meet the Australian defense service requirements.

The applicant has never been an Australian citizen, also kept close ties with Australia after no longer become a permanent residence.

Applicants must meet the health and character requirements of the Australian government.

Applicants may require providing Assurance of support.

Include family:

You can include members of the family unit with your visa application at the time of your application before application decision has been made.

All family members who apply for the visa must meet the Health and Character Requirements of the Australian Government.
