Visa Duration:

• Post Study Work visa- 2 years
• Post Study Work visa (Masters graduate)- now 3 years
• Graduate Work Stream- now 2 years

Cost:

• From AUD 1,730
• Subsequent entrants must pay the full visa application charge

Bringing your family members:

• You can include your spouse or children in your application, even if you have not previously done so

Eligibility:

• Must make application before 1 January 2027
• Be in / outside Australia, but not in immigration clearance
• must have adequate health cover
• Must have/applied for required police clearance
• Have not had any visa cancelled unless it was cancelled because you asked for it to be

• Subclass 485 visa granted before 15 December 2021
• ~~Hold this visa as the main applicant / another substantive visa / a Bridging visa A or B
• ~~Have held subclass 485 visa as the main applicant that was:
• ~~~~granted before 15 December 2021 and
• ~~~~in effect on or after 1 February 2020

• lost time on your visa because of Australia’s COVID-19 travel restrictions
• ~~were in Australia when your visa was granted; and
• ~~have been outside of Australia while holding subclass 485 visa between 1 February 2020 to 14 December 2021
• ~~if you were outside Australia when your original Temporary Graduate visa was granted:
• ~~~~you entered Australia on this visa, and
• ~~~~departed Australia on that visa before 15 December 2021

• Have not had any visa cancelled unless it was cancelled because you asked for it to be
• If you have a current visa with a 'No further stay' condition 8534 or 8503, you can’t apply for this visa online. You will need to apply for and have the condition waived
